ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to give appropriate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner's family from the fourth respondent and his hooligans on the basis of complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 03.04.2018 before the first to third respondents. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 03.04.2018 for police protection. petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry and also not cooperated for the enquiry.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondents. In the event of submitting a representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
