ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.It is seen that the petitioner had already filed an appeal before the Deputy Inspector General of Registration. The District Registrar, Pattukottai had declared the petition mentioned document as fraudulent. The petitioner's request for concluding the proceedings under Section 47-A of the Stamp Act cannot be considered at this stage. The second respondent will have to await the outcome of the proceedings before the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Thanjavur. If the petitioner succeeds in the said appeal, the second respondent shall conclude the petition mentioned proceedings expeditiously thereafter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
