ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.365 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel and the petitioner forcibly pulled the defacto complainant to quit the shop by using abusive language on him and threatened him with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner never committed any such offence as alleged by the defacto complainant.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that no one sustained injury in this case.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the entire materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7.
