ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.829 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already they have completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Case.
3. Since the prayer is to quash the F.I.R and the first respondent police have filed the final report after investigation and as per the F.I.R, there are some materials to constitute the offence, it is appropriate for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law and the Trial Court is direct to take appropriate steps on the final report filed by the first respondent police. The learned counsel for the petitioner would request this Court to direct the leaned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai for the speedy disposal of the case. Therefore, it is for the learned Magistrate to conclude the proceedings as early as possible without giving long adjournments.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed.
