ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give protection to the petitioner and his properties and to take suitable action on his representation, dated 18.03.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that there is a case in counter and both the cases have been registered in Crime Nos.98 of 2015 and 100 of 2015.

3. In view of the said submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
