O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to produce her minor daughter, namely, Mujaahida, daughter of Abubakker, aged about 17 years, before this Court and handover the custody to her.

H.C.P.(MD) No.178 of 2020 Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 that now, the detenue has attained the age of majority and she is in Kashmir. It is also submitted that the detenue married one Umar Afeez and their marriage has also been registered in a Jamath as per the custom. To that effect, the petitioner has given a statement before the second respondent Police.

3. In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
