ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petition mentioned property was attached. Subsequently, the issue was settled. The petitioner filed C.M.SA.No.21 of 2006 before this Court and the attachment order was set aside on 09.09.2011. The grievance of the petitioner is that the earlier attachment order is still shown in the encumbrance register. The issue can be easily resolved. The petitioner is permitted to present the certified copy of the order dated 09.09.2011 in C.M.SA.No.21 of 2006. The same shall be registered by the respondent herein. That should fully redress the petitioner's concerns.
