ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner has been awarded dealership to set up the petroleum outlet in the petition mentioned site by IOCL. But the petitioner has to obtain No objection Certificate from the first respondent. The petitioner has already given an application in this regard.
3. The first respondent is directed to process the petitioner's application and take a call within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall give a disposal to the petitioner's application within this period.
