ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are A1 and A2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 174 Cr.P.C @ 306 IPC in Crime No.24 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the first petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, married the daughter of the de-facto complainant on 22.05.2009 and after delivery of the child in the year 2010, the deceased is residing with her father, due to dispute between the husband and wife and on 23.01.2015, she committed suicide due to the harassment of the accused.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the first accused and the deceased were living apart since 2010 and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the report of the R.D.O. shows that there was no dowry harassment.

5. Considering the above said submissions, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi District and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily 10.00 a.m. until further order. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
