ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 120B and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.05 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.The de facto complainant is a innocent devotee, who lost to the tune of Rs.50,00,000/-. The prime accused appears to that the person who fraudulently called himself as God Man. The petitioner has also played role in the occurrence and a sum of Rs.23,00,000/- looted through petitioner account. Hence, custodial interrogation of this petitioner is absolutely essential.
4.Therefore, this Court find no merits in this anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
