Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ directing the respondents to provide alternative employment to the petitioner in the light of Section 47(1) of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, protection of Right and Full Participation) Act 1995 with pay protection by considering the petitioners representation dt 08.09.200 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that this Court vide order dated 23.12.2020, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2020 and pass appropriate orders. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the respondent has considered the petitioner's representation and rejected the claim made by him vide proceedings dated 12.03.2021. Therefore, the order has been complied with.
