O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to file final report in Crime No.274 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti, Madurai District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, who is the de facto complainant, a case was registered in Crime No.274 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 355, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of the TNPWH Act.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the first respondent Police has not chosen to expedite the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.274 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the investigation is in process and the final report will be filed within a period of three months.

6. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original petition is allowed with a direction to the first respondent police to file final report in Crime No.274 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
