This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.150 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi.

2.The defacto complainant/S.Ambrose is present. He has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. I am therefore of the view that continuance of the impugned prosecution is not warranted. The parties have resolved the issue between themselves. A compromise memo has also been filed. The same is taken on record and it will form part of the order.
