The Criminal Original petition in Crl.OP(MD) No.12313 of 2017 has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.99 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3. Though this petition is filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.99 of 2017, The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge sheet has already been taken on file.
4. In the above circumstances, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file criminal original petition for quashing the charge sheet on the basis of compromise.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
