This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case and file a final report in accordance with law in Cr.M.P.No.432 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, dated 20.01.2012 pending before the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner already a case has been registered in Crime No.158 of 2013 and thereafter, the same has been closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
