ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.721 of 2017 against the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
