O R D E R

The petitioner states that the property in question is his absolute property. He had given it on lease to the second respondent. The lease period was already over. According to the petitioner, he had taken possession of the property but then he continues to face interference and obstructions at the hands of the second respondent. The petitioner wants to cut down the trees. Hence, he seeks police protection.

2.I am afraid that this is a case in which the petitioner will have to necessarily move the Civil Court and it is not for this Court to give any direction to the first respondent. The first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4178 of 2020 respondent will have to act in terms of the orders to be passed by the Civil Court.

3.With these observations and liberty to the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
