J U D G M E N T

When the matter came up for hearing on 05.08.2022, the learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo stating that he has no instructions from the appellant, despite sending notice and he has also filed an acknowledgment. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant in the cause list and also adjourned the matter today (i.e) 18.08.2022.

2.Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either in person or through counsel, despite the name of the appellant is printed in the cause list. This shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

3.Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
