Heard both sides.

2. The Power Grid Corporation had drawn overhead lines on the petitioner's land. The petitioner seeks compensation for the same.

3. A learned Judge of this Court vide Order dated 22.02.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.6528 of 2013 had upheld the entitlement of the land owners.

4. Respectfully following the same, I permit the petitioner to move the jurisdictional District Judge under Section 16 of the Indian Telegraph Act 1885. The petitioner is given four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.3890 OF 2023 order to file such a petition before the jurisdictional District Judge. The same will be entertained without reference to limitation and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months, thereafter. This writ petition stands disposed of.
