This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in Cr.No.249 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that steps are being taken to transfer the complaint to K.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to transfer the F.I.R. within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
