O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 19.02.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
