O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the third repsondent to file a final report in Crime No.121 of 2016 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he is the de facto complainant in Crime No.121 of 2016, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC. He would further state that the complaint though was filed by the accused persons in Crime No.93 of 2016, the charge sheet has been filed after one year in PRC.No.7 of 2017.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the final report in Crime No.121 of 2016 will be filed within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the grievance of the petitioner and the submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
