*********** This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Special Court under TANPID Act, Madurai to dispose the C.C.No.18 of 2014 within a time as framed by this Court. 2.It is the case of the petitioners that this miscellaneous petition is being adjourned from time to time without a final adjudication.

3.There shall be a direction to the Special Court under TANPID Act, Madurai to dispose of this C.C.No.18 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Special Court under TANPID Act, Madurai, is directed to report the compliance after completion of the proceedings. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
