JUDGMENT
The second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.75 of 2016, dated 31.10.2019 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tenkasi, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 17.02.2016 made in O.S.No.92 of 2009 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.
2. It is seen from the records that batta for respondents 2 and 5 is pending for a long time.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.02.2026, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that he has no instructions and filed a memo to the said effect. Recording the same, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants. 2/4
4. Even today (25.02.2026), despite printing the name of the appellants, there is no representation for the appellants. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
