This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 16.02.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that no petition is pending on the file of the second respondent police.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
