This petition has been filed by the petitioner/ Sole Accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.105 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Court, but the same has not been taken on file.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
