RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7915 in Crl O.P.(MD) No.12233 of 2016 dated 01.09.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.K.MANICKAM, Advocate for the petitioner and the respondents not appeared in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the petitioner counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the condition relaxed by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2016 in CRL https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ MP(MD)NO.7915/2016, is to the effect that the petitioners shall

report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. But again the same condition is reflected in the order dated 04.10.2016 in CRL.MP(MD) No.9582/2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above state position, the order dated 04.10.2016 in CRL.MP(MD)NO.9582/2016 is recalled and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the second of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, office is directed to issue a fresh order copy. sd/- 21/10/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
