O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.1321 of 2017, dated 06.03.2017 and register the First Information Report, on the basis of the complaint dated 17.02.2017,

2. At the instance of the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai has issued a direction to the respondent to register the complaint exercising his power under Section 156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code and to submit a report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Even though the order was passed on 06.03.2017, the petitioner states that the case was not registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) however, produced the copy of the First Information Report in Crime No. 355 of 2017 and submitted that the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangi is complied with.
