Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.ANANDKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.11374 of 2019 in Crl.RC(MD)No.965 of 2019, dated 07.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.11374 of 2019 in Crl.RC(MD)No.965 of 2019, dated 07.01.2019, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.2287 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court Crl.MP(MD)No.11374 of 2019 in Crl.RC(MD)No.965 of 2019, dated 07.01.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court as and when required for trial.
