ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section "Girl Missing" @ Sections 5 and 6 of POCSO Act 2012 of I.P.C., in Crime No.170 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had kidnapped the minor victim girl and committed sexual assault upon her. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report and the statement recorded from the victim girl under Section 164 of Cr.P.C.

4.Taking note of the serious allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
