ORDER

The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment of this Court in Ibunu Mohaideen vs. The Sub Registrar, Kilakarai, Ramanathapuram District, W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 Consequently, I am not in a position to sustain the impugned order.

Therefore, following the said Judgment in W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned memo issued by the respondent in Memo No. 1/2025 dated 10.01.2025 is quashed. The Sub Registrar shall register the document, which he has refused to do so under the impugned order. No costs.
