ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who arrayed as A1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Section 498(A) of IPC and 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.29 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the earlier order of this Court dated 07.04.2015, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent.

4. In such circumstances, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
