ORDER

According to the petitioners, the petitioners have been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the case has been registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 506(2) and 379 IPC in Crime No.828 of 2017. The copy of the First Information Report has also been placed before this Court.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to seek their remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
