Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner earlier moved an application for anticipatory bail through Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1465 of 2015 and he has filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 29.01.2015 seeking permission of this Court to deposit the entire amount of Rs.23,00,000/-. Based on the undertaking, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 02.02.2015. Thereafter, due to non compliance of the undertaking, the anticipatory bail petition was dismissed on 09.03.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without the knowledge of the petitioner, the earlier counsel has filed the affidavit of undertaking.

3. I am not able to agree with the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner and I do not find any reason to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
