RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily i.e. Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening at 5.00 p.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.961 of 2021 dated 09.02.2021 in Cr.No.56 of 2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.LAJAPATHI ROY T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.961 of 2021 on 09.02.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The Inspector of Police appeared before this Court and stated that investigation is still pending and the presence of the petitioners is very much required.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.961 of 2021 on 09.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.
