O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition for directing the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and the officials to take survey in the petitioner's land in S.No.249/17B 2.The petitioner owned land comprising in S.No.249/17B to an extent of 24 cents situated at Kallal Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District. He filed an application before the second respondent to survey his land along with requisite fees. On receipt of the same, the second respondent engaged the third respondent to survey the petitioner's land. However, the fifth respondent, who is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.4859 of 2022 being the adjutant land owner objecting the survey to be conducted by the third respondent. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the fifth respondent and other adjutant owner, if any and conduct survey on the petitioner's land. If the third respondent faces any hindrance while surveying the petitioner's land, the third respondent can very well seek police protection to the fourth respondent herein. If any police protection is sought for by the third respondent, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the request of the third respondent and provide police protection while surveying the petitioner's land.

3.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
