This direction petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to remand the accused persons and to recover the property on the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2014 which is illegally kept under the custody of the finance company viz., Mahindra Finance Services Ltd., 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the property in question was recovered from the Mahindra Finance Services Ltd.,. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition was already complied with by the second respondent. Hence, no need to pass any further order in this petition.
