ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the respondents 2 and 3 to provide adequate police protection. 2.The petitioner is having some dispute with the private respondents herein. The petitioner had earlier alleged that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4124 of 2020 private respondents have unlawfully cut trees standing on his land. They have also poisoned his poultry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that an enquiry was held in this regard and the petitioner also received a sum of Rs.3,000/- as compensation. According to the third respondent, there is no life threat to the petitioner herein. 4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
