This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property situated in S.No.1597 in Pallapatti Panchayat Union, Keelathiruthangal Village, Sivakasi Taluk, for fencing, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2014 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
