RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT For Petitioners : M/S.I.VELPRADEEP Advocate For Respondent : M/S.PRABU RAMACHANDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are erstwhile employees of Sri Anjineya Chit Fund and the subscribers of the Chit Fund have given complaints against the company and liability appears to be the tune of Rs.17,00,000/-. The petitioners are not proprietors. They were only erstwhile employees.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners may be directed to co-operate with the investigation.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that they will appear daily before the respondent for a period of 30 days and also extend their fullest co-operation in the enquiry. 4.Recording the said undertaking, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, Virudhunagar District and on them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
