ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under section 405 and 420 IPC in Crime No.56 of 2014 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that he petitioner had received a sum of Rs.3,60,000/- from the defacto complainant and two other persons assuring employment in abroad.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has only introduced the defacto complainant with the agent one Manzoor and he has not received any amount from the defacto complainant and two other persons.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that this is a case of job recketing and the petitioner has received Rs.3,60,000/- from the defacto complainant and two other persons.

5. Considering the allegation against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
