ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned certificates back. The petitioner had completed his course in the year 2021. The petitioner secured admission under the reserved category. As per the direction of the National Medical Commission, the genuineness of the community certificate will have to be verified. Therefore, the fourth respondent has requested the second respondent to verify the genuineness of the certificates submitted by the petitioner. The respondents are still awaited. I must however observe that the authorities cannot take their own sweet time to complete the verification exercise.

3. The second respondent is directed to conclude the verification exercise within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the outcome of the verification exercise, the fourth respondent will take a decision.
