ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A3 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.50 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel and the petitioner abused the defacto complainant and his relatives and the petitioner attacked and threatened them with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the entire materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai District, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when rquired. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7.
