ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the third respondent to take action to include sections 326,295,307, 354,449 of IPC r/w. Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act in crime No.340 of 2017

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and have filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai for offences under sections 147,148,294(b), 506(ii) and 352 of IPC. The final report was filed on 27.05.2017. However, the final report is yet to be taken on file by the learned Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The third respondent is directed to immediately take steps to get the final report numbered within a period of 10 days from

the date of receipt of copy of this order

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
