ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner to service in Y.P.666, Pudukottai Co-Operative Town Bank Limited.

In view of the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The case of the petitioner is that he was working as Manager in Pudukottai Co-operative Town Bank Limited, Pudukottai Town. He was placed under suspension for a period of three months, vide proceedings dated 02.08.2018, on account of some misappropriation committed by him and the enquiry is pending. The subsistence allowance was granted to him till January, 2019 and thereafter, the same has not been paid. The suspension was also not extended. In this connection, the petitioner has made representations seeking for grant of subsistence allowance and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also revocation of the suspension order. However, so far no action has been taken on his representations by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representations of the petitioner, are directed to be disposed of by the second respondent as per law.

6.Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations 24.08.2018, 03.05.2019 and 04.05.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
