ORDER

The revision petitioner / husband filed these revisions to set aside the order, dated 01.11.2021 passed in I.A.Nos. 27, 28, 29 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.500 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since no adverse order passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is not necessary.

3. The said Interlocutory Applications in I.A.Nos. 27, 28, 29 of 2021 are filed by the petitioner to reopen, recall and receive the documents in HMOP.No.500 of 2015. The petitioner wants to receive the document one legal notice, which as sent during the pendency of the HMOP and also the CSR number in the complaint given during the pendency of HMOP.

4. Since the suit has already been posted for arguments, the trial Court rightly dismissed the applications. The petitioner cannot mark the documents, which were issued by him after hearing the HMOP. Hence, this Court is Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
