The petitioner in Probate H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2024 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Lalgudi has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of his divorce petition. 1/4

2. A perusal of B-Diary extract reveals that the wife entered appearance through a counsel only on 09.01.2025. It is being adjourned to 27.02.2025 for filing counter.

3. In such circumstances, this Court cannot issue any direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the H.M.O.P. As and when counter is filed by the respondent, the petitioner herein is at liberty to revive his request for expeditious disposal.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
