RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.OP.1204/2018 dated 25.01.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SADES KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1204 of 2018, dated 25.01.2018.

2.This Court, by order dated 25.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 1204 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the marriage of the petitioner, that took place on 26.02.2018, he could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side). 5.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to comply with the order is extended till 20.04.2018.
