The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission of this Court to order substituted service of notice to the respondent through paper publication in any of the Tamil Daily having circulation in Dindigul District.

cmr 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to take paper publication in Daily Thanthi. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication on the respondent by way of substituted service in Daily Thanthi, Tamil Daily published at the respondent locality by mentioning the date of hearing as 10.03.2026. Paper publication shall be effected on or before 05.03.2026. Proof to be filed on or before 09.03.2026.
