ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner's grievance is that the respondents 5 & 6 are conducting their business causing pollution and health hazard and that too, without any permission / license.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that in pursuant to the complaint given, a show cause notice has already been issued to the respondents 5 & 6 in and by the proceedings dated 02.03.2021 in Na.Ka.No.107/2021.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the fourth respondent to conclude the aforesaid proceedings, in the manner known to law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
